State police say a water bottle distraction led to a crash involving two tractor-trailers Monday afternoon on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.
Troopers say 24-year-old Benjamin Doehr was reaching for water when he lost control and struck another semi twice before traveling up an embankment. Neither driver was hurt.
Doehr was cited for careless driving, while the other driver was cited for a hazard signal violation.
