The DuBois Area School District and the Punxsutawney Area School District have announced the first official day for school is August 26th.
In Indiana County, Purchase Line will lead the county’s school districts into a new academic year with the start of classes on August 24th.
The buses get rolling for River Valley the following day, the 25th; and then on Thursday the 27th, Homer-Center, Indiana Area, Marion Center, and Penns Manor begin, with United being the last of the county’s districts to start classes on August 31st.
