A Penfield woman faces trespassing and harassment charges after Pennsylvania State Police said she repeatedly showed up at a Falls Creek home and refused to leave.
Troopers responded June 29 to a Main Street residence, where 34-year-old Lynn Marie Moore was found on the property near a posted “No Trespassing” sign. Police said Moore had been told previously that she was not welcome at the home and could not arrive unannounced. Moore told troopers she was checking on her child’s welfare, but refused multiple orders to leave after police confirmed the child was safe. She was arrested and later released.
Moore is charged with defiant trespass and harassment, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 25.
