State police have charged two Punxsutawney men after a late-night UTV pursuit in Jefferson County.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.com, Police say 50-year-old Christopher Dubensky and 51-year-old Kelly Villella are each charged with misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police, along with numerous traffic violations. Troopers say the two allegedly led officers on a chase through Perry Township on June 13, running stop signs and driving recklessly before the pursuit was called off for safety reasons. Investigators later identified the men through interviews and surveillance video.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled for September 8.
