Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney are investigating an animal cruelty case after three deceased cats were found in a dumpster in Burnside Borough on July 22.
Troopers say the investigation is ongoing and are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact the Punxsutawney station.
