A Kittanning man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly breaking into a New Bethlehem apartment, entering a vehicle, and attempting to force his way into another residence.
ExploreClarion.Com reports Police said 21-year-old Gage Joel Toy was taken into custody around 2:18 a.m. on May 24 after troopers responded to reports of a disturbance in the 500 and 600 blocks of Wood Street. Investigators allege Toy entered an upstairs apartment, was later seen inside a vehicle parked at the residence, and then attempted to kick in a nearby door while yelling obscenities. Troopers said stolen items from the vehicle were recovered nearby and that Toy appeared intoxicated at the time of his arrest.
Toy was arraigned May 24 and lodged in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $200,000 bail.
