A 20-year-old Rimersburg man who pleaded guilty in three separate Clarion County cases was sentenced last week to 18 months of probation and ordered to pay more than $2,500 in restitution.
Zackary Thomas Shuffstall entered guilty pleas to simple assault, obstructing administration of law enforcement and criminal mischief stemming from incidents in July and August 2025. During sentencing on May 20, Shuffstall must complete 50 hours of community service and have no contact with the victims.
Prosecutors said the cases involved an assault at a basketball court, resisting troopers attempting to arrest him and damage to a vehicle during an altercation at a party in Toby Township.
