Authorities say the Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District was placed on a modified lockdown Friday morning after a parent reported concerns involving an employee at a local business.
ExploreClarion.Com is reporting that Superintendent David McDeavitt said the district contacted Pennsylvania State Police, who investigated and determined there was no threat to the school district.
The lockdown, which lasted about an hour, was lifted after police said the individual involved had no affiliation with the district and was not an A-C Valley resident.
