A 32-year-old Marienville man has been jailed on $50,000 bail after allegedly breaking into two homes in Forest County early Saturday while armed with a loaded rifle, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
According to ExploreClarion.Com, Glen Harold Leffew III reportedly forced entry into one residence on Cherry Street and was later found exiting a second home on Mary Lane, where he was taken into custody. Police reported property damage at both locations and said Leffew, who had bloody knuckles and smelled of alcohol, admitted to drinking earlier. Troopers also recovered a semi-automatic rifle from his vehicle.
Leffew faces multiple felony charges, including burglary and firearms violations, and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
