A 37-year-old man from Clarion is behind bars after allegedly threatening to burn down the Center for Community Resources during a phone call on April 9th around noon.
ExploreClarion.Com is reporting, Joshua Robert Scrivner was charged with terroristic threats and harassment after reportedly telling a staff member he would “kick the door in and burn the place down” when he could not reach a specific person.
Authorities said he was arraigned and jailed after failing to post $20,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 21.
