A Clearfield man has been sentenced to state prison after pleading guilty in two drug-related cases involving the possession and sale of methamphetamine.
GantNews.Com reports, Denny Lee Daub, 37, received a sentence of 16 months to four years in state prison from Clearfield County President Judge Paul E. Cherry after admitting to felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Authorities said the cases stemmed from a February controlled buy involving more than 6 grams of methamphetamine and a March incident at a Lawrence Township hotel where additional drugs, paraphernalia and items associated with distribution were recovered.
