The town of Punxsutawney — home of Phil the famous weather prognosticating groundhog — is celebrating a major milestone this weekend: Its 175th Anniversary of achieving borough status and official public service.
The community is inviting everyone to honor this rich, long history with a full weekend of events in Barclay Square.
The celebration runs this Saturday, October 11th, and Sunday, October 12th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
