A high-speed chase through downtown Franklin on February 26 ended in a crash and the arrest of 32-year-old Brandon Charles McMillen.
ExploreClarion.com reports that McMillen fled a traffic stop, ran a red light, and struck another vehicle before continuing to evade officers. He was eventually stopped and forcibly removed from his car. McMillen faces multiple charges, including felony fleeing police and resisting arrest. His preliminary hearing is set for March 5.
