A Falls Creek couple, Daniel Confer (43) and Kayla Weakland (35), face theft and related charges for allegedly restoring water service to their home after it was shut off for nonpayment.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com reports, that the water was turned off on August 2 due to an unpaid bill of $281.04, but the couple reportedly turned it back on twice, damaging property in the process. Charges include theft of services and criminal mischief. Their preliminary hearing is set for November 5.
