A Brockport man, 50-year-old Andrew Peters, is in jail for allegedly forcing himself on a woman in her DuBois home. On June 16, following a custody exchange, WJAC News says, Peters reportedly entered the woman’s bedroom unannounced and made sexual advances before pushing her onto the bed and assaulting her.
The woman reportedly asked him to stop, and he only ceased when she called for her child. Peters admitted to being “sexually aggressive” and acknowledged that the victim told him “no” multiple times. He faces charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault without consent.
