A Clymer man was arrested earlier this week on charges of disorderly conduct.
Police were called out at 2:28 PM on Monday to a home in the 200 block of Hancock Street. Once there, the victim complained that around 12:30 PM, 43-year-old Eric Sinclair, randomly approached them and made threats for no reason; however, he left when asked to.
This behavior repeated multiple times until a summary citation was issued charging Sinclair with disorderly conduct.
