41 year-old Lester Edward Middlesworth of Clearfield is accused of threatening multiple people with a machete and locking a woman in a bedroom on Park Street.
Police responded and found Middlesworth had fled, threatening others as he left. He was later arrested in Hyde and now faces several misdemeanor charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault, and false imprisonment.
