Ronald James Thompson, 67, from Irwin, waived his hearing for charges stemming from a 2020 incident in Clarion Borough.
According to ExploreClarion.Com, Thompson is charged with false report, DUI, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct after being caught urinating in public and giving a false name to police.
Thompson’s case has been moved to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas. Thompson’s bail was changed to unsecured based on recommendations from the judge, DA, and his attorney.
