LEWIS RUN WOMAN ACCUSED OF ABANDONING DOG IN WALMART SHOPPING CART

53 year old Diana Colella from Lewis Run allegedly left a dog in a shopping cart at a Clearfield Walmart on March 31st, then drove away.

Authorities say the dog required medical care, leading to charges of animal cruelty and neglect against Colella.
