A Dayton man was arrested after allegedly threatening a woman and leading police on a high-speed ATV chase in Porter Township.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, police responded to reports of 60-year-old Don Irvin Drummond riding erratically while reportedly intoxicated and threatening the victim. Despite attempts to stop him, authorities say Drummond fled, displaying reckless behavior.
He faces multiple charges, including terroristic threats and reckless endangerment, and is currently held in Jefferson County Jail on $50,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on April 12.
