The City of DuBois Police Chief, Blaine Clark, was terminated following a council meeting on April 8.
He had been on administrative leave since early March due to a complaint, with the investigation handed over to the District Attorney’s office. The termination vote by the council resulted in 3 members voting yes and 2 voting no, with details of the investigation remaining undisclosed.
