24-year-old Joseph A. Polito of Brookville faces charges after allegedly fleeing the scene of a DUI-related crash in Rose Township on March 11th.
State Police filed charges against him after finding his crashed Ram truck in a wooded area. Polito, who admitted to consuming alcohol before driving, showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol and THC. He now faces multiple charges, including DUI and careless driving.
The case is set for a preliminary hearing on May 31.
