A DuBois woman, 35-year-old, Kari Elaine Rucinski, was charged with causing a disturbance while intoxicated in Pine Creek Township.
ExploreJeffersonPa.com reports, State Police responded to claims of Rucinski screaming and knocking on a victim’s windows, yelling profanities. PSP says she was found intoxicated and admitted to being drunk.
Rucinski was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, harassment, and possession of a small amount of marijuana. She awaits a preliminary hearing on May 9.
