Former DuBois city manager Herm Suplizio’s federal case will have a third extension granted by the judge.
WJAC News reports, Initially facing state charges for fraud and theft of public funds, Suplizio’s legal battles shifted to federal court. Despite pre-trial motions looming, his defense sought more time, citing extensive discovery materials provided by the government.
The new deadline for responses is now set for the first week of May.
