A man reportedly fled after crashing his Honda CRV into the rear end of a Dodge Caravan driven by another man in Brockway.
The PSP press release says the collision occurred when the Caravan slowed down to turn onto Elm Street. The fleeing driver, Douglas P. Means, couldn’t be found after the incident. Witnesses mentioned he was speeding and didn’t brake before the crash. No injuries were reported, and Means faces a traffic violation charge.
