73-year-old Gary Clark lost his life in an ATV accident in Mifflin County on Thursday evening.
PSP says while navigating a curve on US 522 near Kearns Road in Decatur Township, Clark’s hat flew off, leading to a fatal chain of events as he tried to retrieve it. The ATV overturned, ejecting him onto the road, where he was found unresponsive by the authorities.
