A woman from Clearfield County, was arrested after homemade explosive devices were discovered in her backpack on a public sidewalk.
According to WJAC News, 46 year old Brandi Boris, faces multiple charges, including unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction. She is currently in custody with bail set at $1 million.
