Kittanning man charged for decades-old sex abuse of young girl.
WJAC News reports, 51 year old William Piper, is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a female relative when she was young. The victim, now 28, reported multiple instances of abuse in Rayne Township, Indiana County. Piper is currently in jail for similar accusations involving other family members. He admitted to inappropriate touching during police questioning.
Charges include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.
