A former police officer in Clearfield County has been sentenced to jail time and probation for a shooting incident at a DuBois-area bar last February.
WTAJ News reports Zachery Dodson received a 1 to 2-year jail sentence followed by 8 years of probation after pleading guilty to aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, and reckless endangerment.
Despite the prosecution’s push for state prison, Dodson’s open plea agreement led to county jail time. He’s also banned from law enforcement and firearm possession.
