Lawrence Township Supervisor, Brian E. Collins, of Clearfield, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Nov. 18.
GantNews.com reports Collins was charged with misdemeanor DUI and two summaries. Troopers observed his Ford dump truck traveling over the fog line, leading to the stop.
