An 18-year-old Greensburg man is charged with retail theft for an incident at a Sheetz in Indiana Borough.
Indiana Borough Police say at 1:56 AM on Sunday, officers were called out to the Sheetz at 4th and Philadelphia Street. Sheetz Loss Prevention personnel said that 18-year-old Raequan Rollins was seen eating some of the merchandise and left without payment.
A non-traffic citation was issued against Rollins.
