A man from New Bethlehem is behind bars for allegedly raping a young girl multiple times over the course of several years.
29 year old Corey James Botelho was arrested on December 8. The victim, who is now 15, reported that Botelho sexually assaulted her from the age of 8. The victim also revealed that Botelho threatened her, saying he would go to jail if she told anyone about the abuse.
Botelho is facing numerous charges and is currently being held on $100,000 bond.
