Light Up a Child’s Life (LUACL) week brought to you by Evergreen Insurance and WPXZ starts today in Punxsutawney.
More details are in today’s Punxsutawney Spirit. Tomorrow and Wednesday at Punxsy Pizza, buy an XL for $8.99 — 100 percent of profits benefit Make-A-Wish, coupon cards are available as well. Throughout this week the first 50 people to donate $100 to MakeA-Wish will receive $100 Laska’s Pizza gift certificate. On Friday it’s the annual auction, which will be live on WPXZ and Facebook.
The average cost of one wish is nearing $9,000. To make a donation stop at the MakeA-Wish office, 219 W. Mahoning Street, Punxsy or call (814)-503-0664 all week and help Light Up A Child’s Life this holiday season.
