A woman from Punxsutawney was airlifted to a nearby hospital after a rollover crash in Porter Township just before 1 AM on Sunday morning.
PSP say the crash occurred on Lost Hill Road. The 28-year-old reportedly failed to negotiate a curve and her pickup truck veered off the highway, striking an embankment and overturning onto its side. She was not wearing a seat belt and suffered head injuries of unknown severity. STAT MedEvac airlifted her to Penn Highlands DuBois. Police suspect that the driver was impaired by alcohol and\/or a controlled substance.
The investigation is ongoing.
