It seems that a local convicted sex offender, 40 year old Carl Victor Wagner of Brockway, has been charged with streaking on multiple occasions in Snyder Township of Jefferson County.
ExploreJeffersonPA.Com says a witnesses saw a naked man standing in the middle of the road along State Route 28 wearing only black shoes. The witnesses provided a general description of the suspect, and one witness identified Wagner from the Megan’s Law database. However, Wagner denied any knowledge of the incidents during the police interview.
Wagner has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct. Wagner is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
