MAHAFFEY WOMAN IDENTIFIED IN HIT-AND-RUN INCIDENT IN PUNXSUTAWNEY

A woman from Mahaffey was identified as the driver in a hit-and-run incident at a parking lot in Punxsutawney Borough.

Pennsylvania State Police say Janet L. Zorger was backing her vehicle when it collided with a parked Honda Pilot. After assessing the damage, Zorger, according to police, left the scene without reporting the incident.

The Honda sustained minor damage, and Zorger was later charged with a traffic violation. No injuries were reported.
