On Wednesday, Clymer Borough Council approved a resolution to file an application for some grant money to pay for a stormwater upgrade project.
Borough Manager Sonya Schrenkel said that the timeline will depend on if and when they will receive grant money. She added that this is the second time the borough has applied.
