On September 9th the Brookville PD responed to a residence for a report of domestic violence.
When the officer arrived they determined a known 42 year old woman had fired a rifle inside the house. She surrendered to the authorities and charges of recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of a child and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure were filed.
The Brockway Police and the PSP assisted at the scene.
