A man from Glen Campbell is facing charges for stalking, attempted indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, the Punxsy Borough Police Department filed the charges against 23 year old Daniel Scott Heitzenrater. An officer was on patrol at Harmon Field when a group of teenagers informed him that a man had been following a 13-year-old girl around the park asking her to kiss him and pointed out Heitzenrater.
Heitzenrater was arrested and taken to Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $30,000. Heitzenrater has previous guilty pleas for indecent exposure and open lewdness in Clearfield County.
