A man from Venango County was arrested on charges of homicide by vehicle and related offenses stemming from a incident that occurred almost a year ago.
ExploreClarion.Com reports, Logan W. Miller, 24, was taken into custody without incident after an arrest warrant was obtained. The crash took place on State Route 257 in Cranberry Township. The published report adds, Miller was driving a BMW when he reportedly struck a pedestrian, Michael McSparren, who suffered fatal injuries and passed away at the hospital.
Miller was arrested at the scene for suspicion of driving under the influence and he is currently in Venango County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing.
