Charges are pending against a Cherry Tree man for a drug-related incident in Susquehanna Township, Cambria County on May 29th.
State Police from the Punxsutawney Barracks report that troopers pulled over the suspect, identified only as a 29-year-old man, for multiple vehicle code violations at the intersection of Peg Run road and Shawna Road in Susquehanna Township and found that he was driving impaired due to the effects of drugs in his system.
Drugs and related paraphernalia seen in plain view were seized from the vehicle as a result of the investigation.
