Pennsylvania State Police based in DuBois released more information about an all terrain vehicle accident on the 14th of this month.
According to the police report, 18 year old Tanner J. Davis DuBois was seriously injured in a single-vehicle ATV crash in Clearfield County. The vehicle went off the road and hit a mailbox before rolling onto its side, ejecting Davis from the vehicle. The driver, 20 year old Zachary R. Shilala of Sykesville, left the scene with only minor injuries. It is uncertain whether the two were using safety equipment during the incident.
The ATV was later removed from the scene without alerting authorities.
