Two vehicle accidents were reported yesterday morning to Indiana County 911.
The first happened along Airport Road in Cherryhill Township just before 9 o’clock. The Clymer Volunteer Fire Department assistant fire chief said the vehicle slid off an embankment and the driver was fine.
The second crash happened at 9:03 a.m. along Pine Hollow Road in Washington Township. The Creekside Volunteer Fire Department assistant chief reported that the victim, who was not identified, was driving a farm tractor on his property when he hit a tree and overturned, pinning the driver underneath the tractor. After he was extricated he was flown from the scene to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown for treatment.
