Few details have been released about a 27-year-old DuBois man who was arrested for DUI and a parole violation.
The Brookville Borough Police Department conducted a traffic stop on the Allegheny Boulevard on July 8th around 2 in the afternoon after the driver made an improper lane change.
The man’s name was not released but, authorities say he was under the influence of drugs. He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail on a warrant from the State Parole and charges were filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s Office.
