When you’re walking the dog, you have to clean up any messes.
Just enough details were released about an incident that happened on June 29, around 2:30 in the morning, when a business owner on Main Street in Brookville contacted the borough police department with video of a 27-year-old man allowing his K-9 to defecate on the street. Police reviewed the video and say the man failed to clean up the mess.
Brookville Police filed a borough ordinance violation through the Magistrates Office.
