A man from Venus who tripped a security alarm at a residence along Hartman Road in the Township and County of Clarion may get a DUI.
Yesterday morning just after midnight Pennsylvania State Police responded to the scene and found the 34-year-old who said his car had broken down. After further investigation police say he appeared to be under the influence and was transported to Clarion Hospital for a blood draw.
The investigation is ongoing.
