Charges of animal cruelty are pending against a woman from Grampian.
On Tuesday night around 8, Pennsylvania State Police in Clearfield located two dogs in an RV along the Woodland Bigler Highway in Bradford Township of Clearfield County. Police say the dogs went without food or water for eight days and were transported to the SPCA.
The pending charges are against 42-year-old Betsy Clark.
