There’s a motions hearing in Indiana County Court today for Dylan Dalessio and his father, Doug.
20-year-old Dylan Dalessio is charged with setting three arson fires in 2018 and 2019 in northern Indiana County. He and his 51-year-old father are both charged with three felony offenses related to that case: Intimidation of a witness or victim, conspiracy to the same offense, and criminal use of a communication facility. The charges stem from telephone conversations recorded at the Indiana County Jail last October.
The hearings today before Judge Thomas Bianco are for motions of discovery.
