A 40-year-old man from Cherry Tree was arrested for Terroristic Threats, violating the terms of a PFA and Driving Under the Influence while suspended in Canoe Township of Indiana County last week.
Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney say the incident happened on June 11th around just before 8 pm at a residence along Gaston Road when the accused was arrested. The victims are listed as a 39-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man both from Rossiter.
No other details were in the report.
