The death of the woman who had fallen off a cliff while visiting a waterfalls area near Bell Road in Licking Township of Clarion County has been ruled accidental by Clarion County Coroner Dan Shingledecker
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 41-year-old Paula Briggs, of Knox, was pronounced dead at the scene on Saturday evening.
